Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your Serath order. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
